26th April 2003 Kite surfing: borth Wind Direction: sw Wind Stength: 18 to 25 mph Surf / Sea State: decent swell Air Temperature: 15 Sea Temperature: warming up Weather: sunny with rain shower Max Speed: Distance Covered: got to the beach and met alan steve and rich there i set up me kite and had a good day lots of down wind walking havent sorted the up wind thing out yet . had a great day wind picked up more so i set my wind surfing gear up and the wind dropped got out and came back in had one good run back side on a wave and then walked back up the beach it started to rain so held on hoping wind would pick up but it didnt met steve the new bus for the first time packed up and went to the pub started to limp a bit looked at me ankle its swollen again went to moms caravan put ice on it but it got bigger and bigger i decided to drive home got home and ended up down hospital as ive a melon on the end of me leg basically id done to much its gone down loads now and im hoping to get down chase tuesday if its still windy wheres radical rob thought he might have been there this week end. |
